We deliver nationwide. 

How long until I receive my order?
Please allow 1 to 2 days from the time the order was received. For pick-up, please allow us 1-4 hours from the time the order was made. Extra fee will incur for the urgent orders. 
For provincial orders, please allow an overnight shipping via AP Cargo. An airway bill will be sent to the customer upon verified payment. 

How can I track my order?
We use the third party's tracking system. For AP cargo, an airway bill will be sent to you for tracking info. 

What guarantees do we have on our items?
We take pride in what we do and the quality of our items. Should you have any concerns or feedback, please send us a DM. 

I ordered several products, why did I only receive one?
While this is unavoidable, please send us a DM immediately and we will rectify the matter. 

Customer service did not respond to my email!
Due to the rapid expansion of our brand, it is sometimes difficult to keep up to date with all of our customers' requests.
