Each order is immediately processed (if it is a business day) at our warehouse for shipment, to ensure the fastest delivery for our customers. Therefore, we cannot refund until the customer receives the item at the recipient address.

1. SALE items are a final sale, no refund is eligible. Only regular priced items can be refunded.

2. We have an open policy and will accept refunds and returns for a period of 7 days from the time the tracking shows customers have received the package.

3. To process a refund, please ship it to our warehouse return address (normally included on the package) and we will process a refund upon receipt, or a return (Please provide us with a tracking number for this new one). package for your refund / return request to be taken into account).

8. We will only process refunds for items if they were sent faulty or damaged. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 9. If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it might take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items

11. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.

12. Shipping costs are not refundable by Frère Jardinier. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will need to be processed along with your refund amount.
